Taveena Lotey is a Research Scholar (PhD) in the Dept. of CSE, IITR, advised by Dr Partha Pratim Roy (IIT Roorkee). Her current research interests are to learn and apply the revolutionizing Machine learning techniques. She has worked in the area of EEG signal analysis through deep learning methods. She have completed B.Tech from Punjabi University, Punjab and M.Tech from IIT(ISM) Dhanbad, Jharkhand in 2015 and 2018, respectively. She has a teaching experience of one semester in National Institute of Technology Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh. She also act as a reviewer in many journals including Transactions on Asian and Low-Resource Language Information Processing (ACM TALLIP), IET Image Processing, IET Biometrics and SN Computer Science, and conferences such as ICPR.
